The Head of Operations will be responsible for optimizing systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations, partnering with leadership to drive business goals and enhance client and creator delivery.

Responsibilities

Own how HYDP operates
Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes across accounts, creator campaigns, and internal teams
Establish clear ways of working that support scale, speed, and consistency across the business
Identify operational gaps early and proactively solve for them
Partner with leadership to drive the business forward
Work closely with senior leadership to translate company goals into operational plans
Support forecasting, resourcing, and capacity planning to ensure teams are set up for success
Bring a commercial mindset to operations, balancing efficiency with creative excellence
Enable exceptional client and creator delivery
Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring projects move seamlessly from brief to delivery
Support account teams with frameworks, timelines, and processes that improve client experience
Ensure creators are onboarded, briefed, managed, and paid through clear, reliable systems
Build and optimise systems & tools
Own and evolve HYDP’s operational tool stack (e.g. Notion, project tracking, documentation, reporting)
Create clarity through documentation, templates, and workflows that teams actually use
Improve visibility across timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance
Lead, support, and elevate the team
Act as a senior operational leader and trusted partner to account and project teams
Coach and support team members on best practices, prioritisation, and execution
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required

5–10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or account leadership — ideally within a creative agency, media company, or social-first environment
Deep understanding of influencer marketing, content production, or creator-led campaigns
Proven experience building and scaling operational processes in fast-paced businesses
Strong commercial and organisational instincts — you understand how operations impact growth and profitability
Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to think strategically
Confidence working cross-functionally and managing senior stakeholders
Fluency in modern tools and systems (Notion, Google Workspace, project management platforms)
A calm, solutions-oriented mindset — you bring clarity when things get complex
Genuine interest in creators, internet culture, and the evolving media landscape
