Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI initiatives and can do hands on
Define GenAI/Agentic AI architecture, frameworks, and best practices for the system
Oversee development of LLM-based solutions, including RAG and fine-tuning approaches
Mentor and guide GenAI/Agentic AI engineers and development teams
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are met
Evaluate emerging GenAI/Agentic AI tools and technologies for adoption
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in AI/ML or advanced analytics
Proven experience leading GenAI/Agentic AI or LLM-based projects
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning
Hands-on experience with Python and GenAI frameworks
Strong system design and architectural skills
Experience working with Crew AI
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
