Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality and timely submission of IFRS financial reports for all HC entities
Oversee compliance with internal reporting guidelines and external legal requirements
Manage local GAAP reporting processes and coordinate Bosch internal approval workflows
Prepare quarterly management reviews, including balance sheet and P&L analysis, as well as shared service center performance assessments
Align and reconcile internal and external financial reporting KPIs as required
Serve as the primary point of contact for IFRS-related questions and interpretations within HC group entities
Support the preparation of financial materials for shareholder and board meetings
Identify, define, and drive process improvements within the HC finance community and shared service centers
Track implementation progress and share best practices across the organization
Partner effectively with legal entities, shared service centers, finance, controlling, corporate departments, and external auditors to ensure consistent and accurate reporting

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in IFRS accounting
Proven experience with consolidation and reporting tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting
Proficiency in SAP-FI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
