Responsibilities
Act as the owner’s Representative for Clean Utilities systems
Support system delivery, installation, and on-site start-up in NJ
Provide CQV oversight from FAT through commissioning and qualification
Review and challenge vendor documentation, test protocols, and execution
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams
Identify and resolve technical and GMP compliance issues related to utilities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct Clean Utilities CQV/commissioning experience
Hands-on experience with WFI generation systems (multi-effect stills strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with Clean/Pure Steam systems
Hands-on experience with Pretreatment systems (RO, UF, softeners)
Hands-on experience with WFI distribution loops
FAT experience for Clean Utilities systems (lead or strong owner-side support)
Experience supporting start-up and commissioning of utilities in GMP facilities
Pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing background
Comfortable working on-site in Northern NJ once systems are delivered (starting ~Q2)
