The intern will support global communications initiatives and contribute to the development of communication plans and procedural documentation across various projects and platforms.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing the global organizational communications plan
Support innovation and development of internal communication strategies
Create and curate visual content for project-specific communications
Engage audiences through media channels including internal social media (Plaza, Viva Engage), newsletters, and digital platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Draft engaging training content (e.g. user guide) to support process/system implementation
Qualification
Required
Upper-level undergraduate or graduate student studying Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital technology tools and platforms (e.g., Web design, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to produce clear, concise, and accurate content for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience creating visual content and multimedia assets for digital channels
Familiarity with engagement-driven media strategies and audience analytics
Comfortable working collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
Strong organizational and time management skills - can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and coordinate with different teams
Detail-oriented - Ensures consistency in tone, formatting, and compliance with standards
Proactive in identifying gaps in documentation or communication
