Responsibilities
Supporting and leading initiative teams in driving improvements for our clients through data analytics and operational process improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and assess the success of healthcare strategies and operations
Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to business growth efforts
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Authorized to work in the US
Experienced consultant leader focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for our healthcare clients
Designer and lead executor of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, coach colleagues on method and execution, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
Prioritize client relationships to help effectively guide hospitals towards effective outcomes
Have a growth mindset and are prepared to expand and develop your talents with this rapidly growing team
Able to travel 80% of the time
