Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex web-based and client/server applications
Build and enhance front-end and back-end components using C# (.NET), Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Stored Procedures
Develop scalable, high-performance applications using Oracle and SQL Server databases
Migrate and modernize legacy databases into interactive, enterprise-grade platforms
Collaborate with system analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
Diagnose application issues, implement fixes, and ensure systems remain current and stable
Utilize Visual Studio 2022, .NET Core, and related tools to deliver robust solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute across SDLC phases
Present application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for review and approval
Recommend improvements to development processes and application design
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Stored Procedures
Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases
3+ years of experience working within Agile SDLC environments
Hands-on experience collaborating within cross-functional development teams
Experience presenting software demonstrations to stakeholders
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with C# .NET Blazor
Preferred
Experience porting applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
Knowledge of responsive web design best practices
Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility implementation
Prior experience supporting enterprise or government systems
