ForesightCares is a healthcare technology company focused on mobility assessment and wellness for older adults. They are seeking a Sales Representative to support growth by engaging with individual living communities and clinics to build relationships and generate new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with: Individual living and community-based organizations serving older adults, Physical therapy and occupational therapy clinics, Geriatric care organizations
Conduct in-person outreach, relationship-building, and meetings with prospective customers
Engage prospects through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and referrals
Conduct product demonstrations and sales conversations with staff and decision-makers
Clearly and accurately communicate product features, benefits, and appropriate use
Track outreach, meetings, and opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and customer handoff
Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions

Required

Benefits

Commission: Percentage of revenue generated from closed deals, paid in addition to hourly wages
Earnings: Performance-based with uncapped commission potential
Performance-based earning potential with hourly pay plus commission
