Assist in the implementation and configuration of the HRIS system (UKG)
Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure a smooth deployment
Provide system knowledge and guidance throughout the rollout process
Identify potential issues and help streamline data and process integrations
Support testing, user training, and change management as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with UKG / Kronos / Ultimate Software
Proven background in HRIS or HR Technology projects
Experience supporting or implementing HR systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
