Responsibilities
Quickly master the Platform's capabilities, design principles, and solution patterns
Design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable business applications
Define and promote best practices for solution design, development, and architecture on the Platform
Develop integrations with external API-enabled systems, such as ERPs, procurement tools, and enterprise data platforms
Lead efforts in data modeling, data flows, and architectural data planning for solutions
Build reusable components and utilities to streamline future application development
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Review and optimize platform-based solutions to ensure high quality and alignment with business goals
Mentor and provide technical support to mid-level developers
Qualification
Required
Strong software development skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Proven ability to solve complex technical and architectural challenges
Strong leadership in setting development standards and guiding technical direction
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong background in data, including data modeling, data transformation, and architectural data design
Expertise in relational databases and SQL
Experience with designing and implementing API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, security best practices, and performance optimization
