Responsibilities

You will prepare contracts, amendments, and statements of work in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and specifications under the guidance of the contracts manager
You will review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions for routine contracts
You will ensure all assigned contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to the contract database and linked to applicable purchase orders; maintains the contract database with all required data including expiration/renewal date, product information and related licensing terms

ExcelContract negotiationHealthcare experienceParalegal certificationContract analysisNegotiation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in law
Minimum three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required
Negotiation skills required
Expert-level Excel knowledge and experience, including data management, advanced formulas, and pivot tables

Preferred

Paralegal degree/certification preferred
Experience with Medicare reimbursement methodologies is strongly preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
