Sales Representative
Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Unum Group that provides financial protection benefits to workers and their families. The Sales Representative will identify and acquire new clients, build relationships with existing clients, and deliver effective workplace benefits solutions.

Qualification
Required
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
Proficiency in using technology tools and digital platforms for client engagement and data management
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and a collaborative mindset for teamwork
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, insurance, or a customer-facing role is preferred
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
