Responsibilities
Direct and implement Clinical Pharmacology plans within CDP and DDP
Lead the development of clinical trial protocols to meet program objectives
Serve as Study Director/Clinical Pharmacology Lead overseeing study execution
Perform data interpretation and prepare integrated Clinical Pharmacology summaries
Develop and review regulatory documents (INDs, NDAs, briefing books)
Provide Clinical Pharmacology representation in meetings with health authorities
Monitor and resolve issues related to clinical trial execution
Review third-party vendor deliverables and support financial approvals
Collaborate with Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Pre-clinical, and Modeling groups
Qualification
Required
PhD, MD, or PharmD with 5+ years of industry experience in Clinical Pharmacology
Deep understanding of Pharmacology, Translational Medicine, and global regulatory standards
Proficiency with standard Clinical Pharmacology computational programs (e.g., modeling, PK/PD tools)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently within a matrixed environment
High ethical standards and compliance with regulatory frameworks
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Preferred
Experience in oncology; pediatric drug development preferred but not mandatory
