Responsibilities
Call existing customers based on company plans
Meet performance metrics including talking time, sales, and order details
Ensure Quality Assurance standards for customer experience and sales accuracy are met
Provide product information upon customer request
Update customer info and input orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner
Stay updated on company products, procedures, and industry
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales experience or a 4-year degree
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
Comfortable speaking on the phone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Preferred
Business-to-business sales or outbound call center experience with knowledge of predictive dialer technology
