Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry and file management
Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized
Collaborate with other departments to support overall office operations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor

1-2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role preferred
