Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law (or ability to become admitted) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
Relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
Strong academic credentials
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise
Experience managing matters and client relationships
