Sales Manager - Instrumentation & Control (Nuclear)
Arculen is a well-established organization supporting the nuclear power industry, and they are seeking a Sales Manager to assist with business development efforts related to instrumentation and control solutions for North American nuclear utilities. This role involves supporting sales efforts, customer engagement, and collaborating with various teams to maintain opportunity tracking and pipeline documentation.
Responsibilities
Support sales efforts for:
Safety-related I&C systems
Non-safety I&C applications
Plant upgrades, modernization, and digital initiatives
Assist with:
Opportunity identification and qualification
Customer engagement and sales pursuits
Development of technical and commercial proposals
Collaborate with:
Engineering and technical subject matter experts
Commercial and operations teams
Account managers and leadership
Maintain:
Opportunity tracking and pipeline documentation
Sales inputs for market and customer planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Nuclear Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience in nuclear power, I&C systems, technical sales, business development, or solution support
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams
Willingness to travel as needed for customer and internal engagements
