Responsibilities
Work under the leadership of the Senior Director of Global Marketing to implement the global shoulder repair strategy and achieve global revenue targets
Partnering with in-country marketing leadership to develop and drive the Global Product Strategy, which includes new product launches, new indication launches, product messaging, achieving revenue targets
Driving the 5-year vision of the shoulder repair segment (new product launches, product lifecycle management, and financial projections)
Develop and manage relationships with global marketing teams and consolidate voice of customer feedback
Providing leadership and guidance to regional marketing counterparts to develop and execute downstream marketing plans in support of the global marketing strategy
Leading Limited product launch and full launch plan development
Developing and maintaining KPIs for measuring the success of NPLs and obsolescence of outdated technology
Developing training plans and content in support of the global marketing strategy
Works with manufacturing planners to forecast product needs and ensure adequate demo and launch inventory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of commercial experience with the majority specific to the medical device industry
1+ years marketing experience
Proven experience developing business plans and financial models
Proven leadership experience
Travel Requirements: 25–35% (Domestic and International)
