Onboarding Success Manager
Back Nine Golf is one of the fastest-growing names in indoor golf, and they are seeking an Onboarding Success Manager to support franchisees through their launch and growth phases. This role involves managing the onboarding process, providing operational training, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for new franchisees throughout onboarding and their first year in business
Manage the onboarding timeline and coordinate with internal teams (lease, build-out, training, etc.) to ensure timely execution
Guide franchisees through operations training, software setup, and site readiness
Facilitate HQ-based training sessions and onboarding meetings
Proactively communicate to address roadblocks and problem-solve in real time
Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees to encourage confidence and ownership
Document and evolve onboarding and coaching procedures to improve the experience and outcomes
Apply Strategic Growth Coaching principles to help franchisees: • ○Set clear business goals • ○Track performance through KPIs • ○Maintain accountability through consistent check-ins
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in franchise operations, onboarding, field coaching, or business advising
Passionate about helping others grow and succeed
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support franchisees
Knowledge and experience coaching KPIs, financials, and local marketing principles is a strong asset
Able to travel 25-50% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred but not required
Experience with CRM, project management tools, and training platforms is a plus
