Director of Offline Marketing

Responsibilities

Support the offline marketing strategy and execution across Podcasts, CTV, OTT, OOH, Linear TV, and Direct Mail
Identify, test, and scale new offline channels and placements that drive incremental growth and brand lift
Partner closely with finance and leadership to manage budgets, pacing, and channel-level investment decisions
Define success metrics and monitor performance across key KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, incrementality, and LTV
Analyze performance data to surface insights, inform optimizations, and guide future investment strategy
Lead agency and partner relationships, ensuring best-in-class execution across planning, buying, creative development, and testing
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Growth, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
Oversee offline creative strategy in partnership with the creative team, including messaging, formats, testing frameworks, and iteration
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging offline formats, and measurement methodologies to continuously evolve ARMRA’s approach

Required

Must have 7+ years of experience planning and buying linear TV, host-read podcast inventory, OOH, and direct mail, along with CTV/OTT
Demonstrated understanding of how to measure upper funnel channels and determine ROI
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a results-oriented approach to optimization
Exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes autonomy, passion for the brand, and an immense drive to grow the Company and achieve results
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail and deadline-oriented
