The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Correct errors and report inconsistencies when identified
Retrieve data and generate reports as requested
Perform regular data backups and file maintenance
Support administrative tasks as needed

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree a plus)
Strong typing skills with high accuracy

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working with large volumes of data
Reliable, dependable, and detail-focused
