Write, maintain, and analyze process recipes across digital platforms
Conduct testing, gather data, and prepare clear reports and graphics
Support engineering teams on complex projects and development tasks
Write technical specifications for equipment procurement
Operate engineering and design software to perform technical tasks
Assist with capital project planning for new equipment or major repairs
Integrate electrical systems with renewable energy solutions
Lead or participate in LEAN‑focused Kaizen and process improvement events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Ability to use engineering software, including SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
Familiarity with testing standards, calculations, and technical documentation
