Execute support in servicing the Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care
Communicate with other staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles

Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics
Create a safe, productive classroom environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience working with K-12 children
