Business Operations Manager
Modal is building the serverless compute platform to support the next generation of AI companies. They are seeking a business operations manager to work closely with various teams to scale the business and optimize growth programs, manage strategic partnerships, and improve internal operations.

Responsibilities
Own, execute, and optimize key growth programs that power our PLG motion
Lead in-person event initiatives that nurture our developer community
Help evaluate and manage new strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem
Support the exec team on financial operations, from streamlining revenue collection to analyzing new opportunities for pricing/packaging & cost optimizations
Implement new tools and processes to improve internal ops and sales workflows
Get creative on a spectrum of ad-hoc projects like securing new office space in Manhattan
Qualification
Required
Has 5+ years experience working in some kind of business function (e.g. banking, consulting, startup)
Has some exposure to tech and coding (in order to understand our product & customer, work with analytical tools, and build out custom tooling)
Is analytical, organized and detail-oriented, holds their output to a high bar of excellence
Is eager to learn about a variety of different business functions and juggle many projects at once
Is excited about working in-person in NYC
