Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality, data accuracy, and user experience
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Identify, document, and track defects using test management or defect tracking tools
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Ensure applications meet quality standards and compliance requirements
Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test execution activities
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Manual QA / QC Tester
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices
Ability to write and execute clear test cases and document defects effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working on Digital, Mobile, Loan Origination, or Compliance projects
Familiarity with qTest or similar test management tools
Background in financial services or regulated environments
Experience working in Agile or SDLC environments
