2+ years expDelaware North is seeking seasonal Administrative Assistants to join their team at Progressive Field. The Warehouse Administrative Assistants play a crucial role in game day operations, handling product requests, verifying orders, and assisting warehouse managers.

Responsibilities
Answering of phones/radio/text messaging for product requests
Creating transfers for the movement of stock during a game
Checking and verifying orders for accuracy
Auditing and filing paperwork toward end of shift
Utilizing Inventory software to create transfers. Assisting Warehouse Managers with Excel or Word documents
Communicating to key personnel of the operation
Working closely with Concessions Kitchen to communicate any concession stand needs during an event
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills
