Service Now Process Analyst

Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows
Experience with integrations and data migration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong ITIL and digital transformation background
Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Required: ITIL V3/V4, Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
