Responsibilities

Developing integrations based off functional specifications and/or modifying based on feedback
Updating documentation as needed
Addressing payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; working with the business analysts, vendors and functional business owners to resolve
Follow change control procedures for any integration modifications
Provide clear, business focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
Identify opportunities to automate and improve code and data quality

Required

MUST have a U.S. Citizenship to work for the U.S. Aerospace/DoD
5+ years (Expert) OOP ABAP development
5+ years (Expert) SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Development
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central Payroll (EC/ECP)
3 Years (Intermediate) Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
5 years (Expert) Proven ability to translate functional specs into integrations performing key business processes
Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes

Preferred

4+ years (Intermediate) with a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP
Technical experience with of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python)
Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items
Experience with robotic process automation or AI-driven code tools
Prior experience supporting large scale transformation programs
