Responsibilities

Assist the innovation team with researching, designing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions for various business challenges
Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, hackathons, and other events that foster a culture of innovation
Support the innovation team with data analysis, documentation, presentation, and communication of the project outcomes and impacts
Contribute to the innovation team’s blog, newsletter, social media, and other channels to showcase the team’s work and achievements
Perform other tasks as assigned by the innovation team manager or mentor

Required

Must be at least a Junior in college with Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business, Project Management, or Design Thinking
Passionate about innovation and eager to learn new skills and technologies
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodology, prototyping tools, and data visualization tools is a plus
Corporate Innovation or Business majors preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience analyzing financial data
