Human Resources

Responsibilities

Lead tax planning and compliance across U.S. and international partnership and corporate structures
Manage private investments and special purpose vehicle tax matters
Support strategic tax initiatives and long‑term planning
Communicate complex tax issues to senior executives
Oversee internal team members and external advisors
Monitor global tax developments and manage regulatory inquiries

Qualification

U.S. tax experienceInternational tax experiencePartnership taxationMulti-entity structuresCPACommunication skillsLeadership skillsDiscretion in confidential environments

Required

8+ years of U.S. and international tax experience
Strong background in partnership taxation and multi-entity structures
Proven ability to operate with discretion in confidential environments
Strong communication and leadership skills

CPA preferred
