Responsibilities

Partner with company leaders to identify learning objectives, assess skill gaps, and evaluate training needs
Design, develop, and deliver both online and in-person training
Manage and update current training content
Accountable for planning and executing company leadership programs
Responsible for coaching individual employee-owners and supervising support staff in a manner consistent with the company’s core values and leadership philosophy
Prepare weekly and monthly training reports for company leadership
Involved in communicating a consistent, core-values based message throughout the company
Provide administrative support with Austin’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Perform additional duties assigned as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, human resources, business, or equivalent required; or related experience in training and development or equivalent may substitute
5+ years of experience in both developing and delivering training content
3-5 years of experience either coaching or developing others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Valid driver's license
Day and overnight travel up to 50% nationally as needed

Preferred

Background in education, training, human resources, or organizational development preferred
Experience with blended learning techniques (virtual, instructor led, etc.)
Bilingual background a plus, but not required
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Exceptional verbal skills and concise communication are key to success in this role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
