Responsibilities
Apply engineering principles to diverse projects, collaborating with teams to develop project specific solutions drawing on best practices in areas such as street improvements, transportation infrastructure, utility projects, and stormwater design
Prepare design plans, reports, cost estimates, and technical analyses as part of multidisciplinary project teams
Gain experience in ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding regulations and permitting requirements
Continue to advance AutoCad Civil 3D modeling skills
Assist in managing project tasks, ensuring efficient coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes
Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to client needs, providing clear communication, and delivering customized solutions that align with their objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant civil/transportation design
AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Microstation familiarity
Experience and ability to prepare roadway/transportation design documents and specifications is required
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven capability to work dynamically and effectively in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated enthusiasm for developing design and project management skills
