Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with employers and serve as their primary point of contact
Help employers recruit, interview, and hire qualified talent
Connect businesses to workforce incentives such as On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Translate employer needs into actionable hiring and training solutions
Coordinate hiring events, information sessions, and job fairs
Track outcomes and meet performance goals while delivering excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR at least two (2) years of relevant experience in customer service, staffing, recruiting, or employer-facing roles
Experience in account management, recruiting, human resources, staffing, or workforce development
Familiarity with hiring practices, employer engagement, or employment-related programs
Experience working with diverse populations, employers, or community partners
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service and presentation skills
Knowledge of local communities, workforce needs, or regional resources is a plus
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance required

Familiarity with labor market trends or business workforce challenges preferred
