First Notice of Loss - Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with reporting motor vehicle accidents, while also processing claims and performing data entry.

Deliver great customer service and assist customers with reporting motor vehicle accidents
Receive, review and process calls regarding losses incurred
Triage callers to the appropriate person or take the appropriate steps in setting up a new claim, which also requires data entry

Required

18+ years of age
High school diploma
Are compassionate, understanding, and willing to show empathy with callers who are experiencing a difficult situation

Have basic computer skills including typing, utilization of email, saving of documents and usage of Word
Have the ability to multi-task and problem solve
Organized and detail oriented
Are eager to advance their career with a reliable company
Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
