Responsibilities
Lead territory-wide portfolio growth across Conversions, Portfolio Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead
Own Repair sales performance, including KPIs for proposals, hit rates, pricing, customer satisfaction, and gap closure
Drive consistent sales execution, accountability, forecasting accuracy, and results across the territory
Ensure effective, standardized Service Sales meetings led by GMs, BMs, and Service Sales Managers
Support and enforce Service Sales priorities, processes, and best-practice adoption
Partner with the Service Business Line and cross-functional teams to execute key territory and corporate initiatives
Build strong internal and external relationships to position Schindler as a preferred service provider
Act as the territory subject matter expert on Service Sales systems, processes, and performance reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of sales experience required
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Prior people leadership experience preferred
Elevator industry preferred
