Client Services Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred) - Open to Entry Level Candidates
Casper Meadows Schwartz & Cook is a law firm that has provided trusted representation to plaintiffs for over 45 years. They are seeking a bilingual Client Services Coordinator to manage client intake, summarize medical records, and provide support to the litigation paralegal.
Responsibilities
Exhibit a professional demeanor with all firm’s clients, attorneys, staff, and vendors
Manage and direct a high volume of incoming calls and perform intake screening
Demonstrate proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or other similar software programs necessary to perform essential duties of the position (training will be provided)
Draft/send medical record requests, then summarize and organize records once received (training will be provided)
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
Provide assistance to others within the firm when requested based on priorities of current work-in-hand, promoting teamwork and mutual cooperation among all staff members
Occasionally translate Spanish interviews/documents for attorneys and paralegals
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in a customer service (or similar) role
Capable of working independently and proactively
Planner with strong critical thinking skills
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with our existing associates, paralegals, legal secretaries, and front desk administrator to support clients
AA degree (with a preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree)
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required
Preference to those with experience in a law firm
