Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution support
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, communication, and compliance with applicable regulations
Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and assist with audits and reporting
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals
Facilitate training sessions and employee development initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially

Preferred

Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent
Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment
Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrated ability to lead or support organizational change initiatives
Experience in employee engagement and talent development programs
