PROJECT ENGINEER, PLUMBING
F.E. Moran Group of Companies is a specialized contractor offering a full spectrum of HVAC, Mechanical Services, Fire Protection, and Plumbing. They are seeking an entry level Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer to support Project Managers in various aspects of project management including communication, scheduling, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with equipment buyouts, estimations, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, budgets, communication, close outs, and other aspects of project management
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, ensuring project deadlines are met
Point of communication for customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal coordination
Initiate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting repeat business
Communicate aspects of project to clients including changes in costs for the benefit of project results
Acquire the appropriate permits and licenses to ensure compliance
Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or relevant field or equivalent experience
Basic industry and project management knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with construction / project management software programs
Effectively communicate both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Ability to negotiate changes and resolve conflicts successfully to protect the company's interest
Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve
Quickly adjust to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities under time constraints
Available as needed; travel to client sites; attend client meetings and events
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, ensuring project deadlines are met
