Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing overall planning, coordination, and execution oversight
Support pre-sales and post-award engineering assessments to identify cost-effective labor and material solutions
Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, permitting packages, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings
Coordinate manpower and subcontractor resources to meet project schedules and scope requirements
Liaise with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) to coordinate permitting, inspections, and approvals
Travel to project sites as needed to assess progress, verify scope, review schedules, and attend job meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
Provide regular updates to leadership to ensure projects remain aligned with business goals
Make sound, timely decisions to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fire alarm industry
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
NICET certification
Project management experience
