Senior Digital Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Operations Managers and Coordinators
Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure team alignment with business objectives
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Oversee end-to-end product setup process across retailer.com platforms
Ensure accurate and optimized PDPs (titles, bullet points, descriptions, enhanced content)
Validate product images, videos, and rich media assets for compliance and quality
Implement SEO and GEO best practices to improve discoverability and local relevance
Leverage AI-driven tools for copywriting, keyword optimization, and image enhancements
Own roadmap and flight plans for post-launch listing optimization to maximize performance
Develop and maintain brand shops on retailer.com sites to maximize brand visibility and engagement
Oversee retailer.com brand shop content (copy, imagery, shelf building)
Collaborate with creative teams to design and update brand shop layouts and assets
Partner with retailer.com counterparts and internal account teams to align on promotional and marketing calendars
Build roadmaps and timelines for product setup to ensure on-time launches
Coordinate promotional events and seasonal campaigns with retailer partners
Strategize and execute ratings & review campaigns in partnership with platforms like Bazaarvoice, Walmart Review Accelerator, and others
Serves as the point of contact for Bazaarvoice, optimizing workflows, monitoring campaign health, and driving continuous improvement across sampling and ratings & reviews initiatives
Develop plans to increase review volume and quality to improve PDP performance and conversion
Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales lift)
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve content health scores
Prepare regular reports for leadership and retailer partners
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or retailer.com management
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced digital environment
Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, Target+, and other retailer platforms
Expertise in SEO, GEO, and AI-driven optimization strategies
Experience with ratings & reviews platforms (e.g., Bazaarvoice)
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Experience with content syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to build and manage timelines, roadmaps, and cross-functional projects
