Maintain a positive and motivating environment for the sales team

Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience as a Sales or Car Sales Manager
OR 3+ years of experience in automotive sales
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen
