Responsibilities

Driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company’s supply chain operations
Leading, overseeing, and being responsible for Contract Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Sales/Inventory/Operations Planning (SIOP)
Serving as a strategic, cross-functional leader, guiding key supply chain functions and collaborating closely with all areas of the business
Sponsoring and supporting the SIOP / S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) program and process
Coaching and developing the Demand Planning/SIOP Manager and working cross-functionally across the business to drive revenue growth and improve Gross Margin
Dynamically managing commodity PPV (Purchase Price Variance) to optimize financial results for the business
Driving excellence with supplier performance and cost management across all inputs to the manufacturing of high-quality products
Developing and elevating the Supply Chain function by building a high-performing team and enhancing cross-functional collaboration
Developing and executing comprehensive supply chain initiatives and strategies that optimize the end-to-end supply chain
Establishing and overseeing best practice key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance supply chain performance
Formulating and executing e-sourcing and procurement strategies to source high-quality raw materials and supplies
Overseeing outsourcing strategies for co-manufacturing and co-packing to enhance operational flexibility
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards
Overseeing production planning and scheduling to ensure efficient resource utilization
Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions
Ensuring FSQA requirements are met or exceeded in CoMan and Supplier supply chains
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Providing strategic supervision and direction to the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Contributing to annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
Undertaking special projects assigned by executive leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience required
At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role, preferably in the CPG industry
Travel up to 40%, including to supplier sites, contract manufacturing (CoMan) sites, and other business travel as needed
Strong people leadership, developing supply chain leaders, and creating a positive work environment
Proven success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, achieve cost savings, and drive process improvements
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and making informed, data-driven decisions
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
Strategic thinker capable of anticipating future challenges, opportunities, and developing proactive solutions to drive business success
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of best practices and proven playbooks within the CPG industry

Preferred

MBA in related field preferred
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is preferred
