Greet and assist guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner
Assist guests with verifying appointment/ meeting details and presenting to the correct location
Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns, escalating to the appropriate contact when necessary
Monitor and manage lobby and waiting area environments to ensure comfort and cleanliness
Support other functions and special programs related to the patient experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Preferred
Healthcare customer service experience highly preferred
Experience working with patients or vulnerable populations preferred
