Sending and responding to emails on behalf of the agency

Following up with candidates and clients

Using CRM systems, OneDrive, and AI tools
Administrative support related to placements and sales
Qualification
Required
Strong sales skills and confidence closing deals
Excellent written and verbal English (must be fluent)
Fast and accurate typing
Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience with CRM systems, OneDrive, and AI tools
Ability to compose professional emails and letters independently
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Punctual and reliable
Trustworthy and professional demeanor
Clean criminal background
No DUI
Drug-free
