Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from intake sessions through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source and engage top talent using modern sourcing tools and techniques
Screen candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs
Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay informed about market trends and talent pools to refine sourcing strategies
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates

Required

Greater than 5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong sourcing skills and experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
