Community Manager
McCann is seeking a Community Manager to join their team in NYC. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activity across various platforms, ensuring community engagement and growth.

Responsibilities
Own, develop and implement the social content calendar, working in collaboration with creative, strategy and client teams
Plan, curate and create content and conversations to sustain community growth and fan engagement
Build social listening queries, track engagements through native platform analytics and social listening / monitoring tools
Set and deliver on tangible social KPIs
Activate super-fan and surprise-and-delight strategies
Explore, identify and stay on the pulse of new social developments and trends/channels/innovations/competitors in order to proactively direct current and future opportunities
Qualification
Required
1+ years related experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Preferred
Experience managing digital content for a major consumer brand or media company
