The role involves coordinating key projects, gathering insights, reporting progress to leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities
Partner with People Experience project leads to collect and consolidate monthly status updates for leadership reporting
Support and contribute to global PX Projects, including presentation design, meeting scheduling, updating project plans, asset creation, and more
Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates across multiple initiatives
Support communication of project milestones and outcomes to stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items to keep projects on track
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in project management, HR operations, or a related administrative role
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative approach and works well together with others
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet). Project management certification/education preferred
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus
Graphic design skills a plus (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
