Property Manager

Responsibilities
Manage multiple properties at several different locations within the Philadelphia city limits
Be the point of contact for all tenants as respective single and multi-unit properties
Lease properties to perspective tenants; fill vacancies as needed
Collect all information, applications, documentation, and draw up leases
Analyze market trends as well as internal data for competitive advantages
Assist with recertification processes, budgets, market comparisons, inspections, etc
Manage all rent Collections, negotiations, and evictions
Participate in the marketing plans
Participate in strategic initiatives for the properties in the portfolio
Prepare budgets, forecasts, etc
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or higher is required
4+ years of prior real estate property management or assistant property management
The ability to work with all levels of professionals
Preferred
Prior experience with Tax Credit properties, HUD, PHA, or low-income housing is preferred
