They are seeking a confident, creative, and media-savvy professional to serve as the public-facing host of the Maatdesk Podcast while also owning end-to-end social media content creation and management.

Responsibilities
Host and moderate a weekly Maatdesk podcast featuring attorneys, firm leaders, and legal industry experts
Research guests and legal topics relevant to modern law firms
Prepare interview frameworks and talking points in collaboration with the marketing team
Conduct engaging, professional interviews aligned with Maatdesk’s brand voice
Coordinate recording logistics (studio or vendor-based production)
Review and approve final episodes for quality and consistency
Own content strategy, creation, and publishing across:
LinkedIn (primary channel)
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
Design social graphics and templates aligned with brand guidelines
Create short-form video clips, reels, and posts from podcast recordings
Write captions that balance thought leadership, clarity, and approachability
Maintain and execute a consistent posting cadence
Track performance and iterate based on engagement and reach
Act as an on-camera and on-mic representative of the Maatdesk brand
Maintain a professional, attorney-to-attorney tone across all content
Collaborate directly with the CMO on messaging, positioning, and campaign priorities
Ensure brand consistency across audio, video, and social channels
Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment
Identify opportunities to expand reach, experiment with formats, and improve performance
Support additional content initiatives as the marketing team scales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience hosting podcasts, video series, or professional media content
Strong on-camera and on-mic presence
Experience creating and managing social media content for B2B or SaaS brands
Comfortable designing social graphics and editing short-form video
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable interviewing attorneys and discussing legal or business topics
Preferred
Legal, legal tech, or B2B SaaS experience
Familiarity with LinkedIn-first content strategies
Experience growing organic audiences from early stages
