Entegee is hiring a Lead Project Manager to guide all electrical construction operations. This position is responsible for project oversight, regulatory compliance, workforce leadership, and maintaining high safety standards across all job sites.

Responsibilities

Direct and support project managers, supervisors, and field teams involved in electrical construction work
Organize, plan, and oversee crews assigned to projects and service tasks
Work closely with HR on hiring needs, employee development, and performance management
Uphold company standards related to safety, workplace conduct, and employment policies
Verify that all work meets NEC requirements along with relevant state and local electrical codes
Maintain adherence to OSHA and MSHA safety rules
Prepare cost estimates, assist with bid proposals, and review project documentation
Build and manage project timelines, coordinating labor and materials to stay on budget and on schedule

Required

Completion of a state‑recognized 4‑year Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship or a related technical degree
Active state electrical license
At least 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership background
Valid driver's license
Strong knowledge of electrical theory, diagnostic tools, and trade practices
Experience applying the National Electrical Code (NEC) and state/local code requirements
Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA safety protocols

Preferred

Journeyman or Master Electrician license
